Delta Sigma Pi is one of the largest co-ed professional business fraternities in the United States. You will have access to quality professional training, leadership education, service opportunities, and social activities. BROTHERHOOD
We are proud of our brotherhood's diversity as a fraternity. Our brothers come from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds. While we are a business fraternity first and foremost, we have brothers who major in varying different fields - from Information Systems to Applied Mathematics. Simultaneously our fraternity fosters an environment that promotes growth & development. As of now have over 40 active brothers striving to achieve success.
RECRUITMENT
Interested in joining our brotherhood and becoming a member of one of the largest co-ed professional business fraternities? Attend our upcoming events. You must attend at least one professional, one informative, & one informal event. A minimum 2.5 GPA is required, but a 3.2 GPA is preferred. And either major in Business, Economics, Information Systems, Applied Mathematics, or Technological System Management.
On December 3, 2016, the Upsilon Omega chapter was established. For the past two years, the chapter has received a chapter of excellence. Our chapter's core principles include professional growth, diversity and ethics, service and charity, leadership, and social connection. These principles are used to enhance our chapter continually.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR PRESIDENT
Hi everyone! My name is Karan Grover, and I am the President of the Upsilon Omega Chapter of Delta Sigma Pi. On behalf of the Upsilon Omega Chapter, I welcome you all to our website!
The Upsilon Omega is the 294th chapter of Delta Sigma Pi, founded on December 03, 2016, by 51 like-minded individuals. Our founders came together to establish a professional fraternity dedicated to fostering the study of business in universities.
Throughout seven years of mutual advancements, I am proud to state that we have built a powerful network of over 200 alumni in different industries (Investment Banking, Marketing, Consulting, Tax, Wealth Management, Advertising, Tech). Our alumni proudly represent us at companies such as Deloitte, Google, EY, PepsiCo, IBM, JPMorgan, MasterCard, Microsoft, PwC, as well as many other renowned companies.
Joining Delta Sigma Pi as a sophomore in Fall 2023 has been one of the most transformative experiences, shaping both my personal development and professional journey. I joined as a sophomore new to my major and unsure of my path, but through the lessons, support, and opportunities presented to me by this fraternity, I’ve grown into a more confident professional with multiple internships and valuable skills I continue to build on. Through my previous position as the Vice President of Alumni Relations, I saw firsthand how committed and supportive our brothers are, as they are always ready to offer mentorship and guidance.
